I pulled out this batwing cape from Babooshka Boutique for the first time in a while. Admittedly, I kind of hated its bizarre proportions at first but the entire concept of crop tops is starting to grow on me. When crops tops first started to show up again (thanks to Alexander Wang, I believe?) they reminded me of those tacky awful shirts that Baby Spice used to wear - and they still do when the look is done wrong. Personally, I'd much rather take my crop top inspiration from Fubar, rather than fashion. Fuckin' eh!

I remember you mentioning something about hating crop tops, I on the other hand love crop tops but I completely agree with you on the "can look good if done right" notion.
Correction, you need a sweater with SPARKLY bears on it, much more wonderfully tacky.
On another note, that may be one of my favourite outfits that you have put together. I just really like it for some reason, something about it makes me smile.

Agreed. When it's done wrong it looks awful, you look great though, I like the way it's out of proportion as wall as short...if you get what I mean. & man I love that film.

Oh man, I once had a crop top shirt. Ssoooo not the part of my body I should show off. I feel it is that way for many people, but they either disregard or don't know it.
I gotta say, November is kind of a bad time of the year to discover that you like crop tops.
